Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join the server, we record your Minecraft username, your UUID, your skin URL, the date you first joined, and the last time you were seen. This information is collected solely to validate the 14-day playtime requirement for staff applications. Nothing more.

Staff and Ban Applications

Staff and Ban Applications require your email to be contacted in case we take a peek at your application or appeal, the email is stored in a database only used to send an email back, nothing else is given apart from this (emails use Resend by the way).

Third party processors

The third-party processors used are:

• Neon (this hosts the player DB, as the name, UUID, skin, the count for the uptime, bans, and staff and appeal decisions)
• Resend (it sends emails about staff/ban appeal review if accepted or denied, like, what else?)
• Cloudflare (hosts the captcha used in the staff application and ban appeal before starting and before submitting)
• Ko-fi (Used for doing a donation to the server to at least have it running)
• PayPal (Used within ko-fi to do the payment)

Where your data goes

The staff application data is stored in a European Union database, so its data is hosted in the EU. Meanwhile, the other services are based in the United States, and when your data is processed with those services, it is protected under its Data Privacy Framework. So it means the data you sent is never sold.

Being for staff

To apply for staff, you must be over thirteen (13) to be on Minehut, over fourteen (14) to be on the server, and be sixteen (16) to be staff in this server, if you lie about your age when submitting the staff application, you are denied from submitting another one until you become sixteen (16).

Player count

Your joining to this server also adds to an anonymous player count used for its uptime tracking, this is just a number, your username is never seen there at all.

Voice Chat

When you agree to the Voice Chat Rules, after 1 hour (1h) of your playtime passes, your voice is not recorded or stored, and is only authenticated via its port to get you in and speak. But at any time, we can suspend your access to Voice Chat after a report, or staff find your Voice Chat breaking our Voice Chat Rules.

Deletions

When the server exists and its DB, your data is there, if you no longer wish to participate in the server and want your data deleted, contact its owner here and it handles the rest

Otherwise if you are a user of the European Union you have your rights over your data which means you need to read the Your Rights page to see how it is handled over here

However, if you join back (or Minehut decides its a good thing to randomly go back to Just Plots), you might be subject to the same policy terms, but, being fresh.

That is it

We collect the bare minimum to run the server. No tracking, no analytics, just a plot server.
